Founded in 1959, Chemical Design, Inc. has been a leader in applying innovative ADSORPTION techniques to separation and purification applications, often on a "first of a kind"  basis.  Some of these techniques include Air Pre-Purification with Molecular Sieve for Cryogenic Nitrogen and Oxygen Plants,  LNG Feed Purifiers, Polycrystalline Silicon Plant Vent Gas separation, purification and recovery,  Hydrogen purification and recovery, and Epitaxial Silicon Wafer Production Vent Gas Recovery.  

Chemical Design, Inc. is a specialist in the design and fabrication of temperature swing adsorption packaged process equipment, mostly in the field of gas and liquid drying or purification.  Although CDI's technical concentration is in the application of the chemical engineering unit operation of adsorption, expertise in other areas such as phosgene and nitrous oxide production are offered.
