| Silane (SiH4)
is a flammible, colorless, toxic gas which is often used in the silicon
production industry. The Chemical Design Silane scrubbing system
is capable of removing silane as well as HCl from the customer feed
hydrogen stream down to less than 10 ppm. The above photos show a silane
removal skid prior to shipment. |
