Design, Inc.'s proprietary process can handle all vents from poly
plants. This process recovers all Chlorosilanes in these vents and
then scrubs the gas so that it can be vented safely to the
atmosphere. The maintenance and plugging problems encountered with
scrubbing Chlorosilane containing gases are also eliminated.
